Recent severe weather has caused significant disruptions, including flooding, high winds, and damage across Tasmania and Victoria. While some areas still face flood risks, high winds are now the primary concern, leading to fallen trees, blocked roads, and building damage.
HomeFront Australia advises that service disruptions may continue as we prioritise safety. Please be patient as we work to resume normal operations as soon as it is safe.

The Derwent River area, from Meadowbank to Macquarie Plains, remains under flood warning. However, the immediate threat is from high winds, which have caused significant damage to trees and infrastructure. Roads, especially in areas like Bushy Park to Macquarie Plains, may still be hazardous.
🗺️ Victoria Update:
Victoria has suffered widespread damage due to high winds, particularly in regions like Gippsland. Emergency crews are actively clearing roads and restoring power, but many areas remain dangerous due to fallen trees and damaged infrastructure. Residents are advised to avoid travelling where possible and report any hazards to authorities.
