Our cleaners won’t clean precious, breakable items such as fine china, crystal or antiques. While our cleaners will always take due care, accidents happen and we’d hate to damage any irreplaceable items. Our teams will also not clean up human or animal faeces. This is to protect the health of our teams.
Yes. All of our cleaning teams bring their own preferred equipment and products to every clean. However, if you have a special vacuum cleaner or chemical that you’d prefer them to use in your property, just let us know or speak to your cleaner.
No. But we do encourage you to be present for the first service so our cleaner can do a “meet and greet” with you or your partner. This is so you can set expectations and give yourself peace of mind having met the team that’s going to be in your home. This time will also be used to arrange access to your property for subsequent services.
